Account & Registration

Click “Register” at the top right, fill in your email, name, and a secure password. You’ll receive a verification link – click it to activate your account. Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes.

Yes – to comply with anti‑money laundering regulations, we require proof of ID (passport, driver’s license) and proof of address for all bidders and sellers. This one‑time process protects the entire community.

On the login page, click “Forgot password”. Enter your registered email and we’ll send you a reset link. For security, the link expires after 30 minutes.

Bidding & Buying

Once logged in, go to any active lot and enter your maximum bid in the bid box. Confirm the bid – you’ll immediately be notified if you are the current highest bidder. You can also set automatic bidding (proxy bid) up to your limit.

Bids are binding and cannot be retracted under normal circumstances. If you made an accidental bid (e.g., wrong amount, technical error), contact support immediately – we may assist at our discretion.

The reserve is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept. It is not displayed publicly. If bidding does not meet the reserve, the lot will not sell. Once the reserve is met, a “Reserve met” message appears.

At the scheduled end time, the highest bidder (above any reserve) wins. In case of two equal bids, the earlier bid takes priority. Extended bidding may apply if a bid is placed in the final minutes (soft‑close).

Selling & Consigning

Navigate to “Consign” in your dashboard or contact our client services team. Submit high‑quality photos, a description, and any provenance documents. Our specialists will evaluate your item and provide a commission proposal.

Seller commissions vary by category and estimated value – typically between 5% and 15%. Volume discounts are available. All terms are clearly stated in your consignment agreement before listing.

Payment is released 14 days after the successful delivery and buyer’s inspection period, ensuring all conditions are satisfied. We transfer via bank wire (ACH/SWIFT) or your preferred method.

Payment & Fees

We accept wire transfers, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and for select lots, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). All payments must be in USD unless otherwise noted.

A buyer’s premium – usually 20% on the first $1,000,000 and 12% thereafter – is added to the hammer price. This covers platform, authentication, and marketing costs. The exact percentage is displayed on every lot page.

No – the total amount you pay is the winning bid + buyer’s premium + any applicable taxes and shipping costs. All charges are clearly itemized before you confirm payment.

Shipping & Delivery

The buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and costs. We provide a list of vetted, insured carriers for each category. Alternatively, you may use your own shipper – we will coordinate the handover.

Insurance is not automatically included. We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance; quotes are available at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is handed to the carrier.

Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after payment clearance. International shipments may take 7–21 days depending on customs and destination. You will receive tracking once dispatched.

Authentication & Condition

Yes – every lot is examined by our in‑house experts or independent specialists. High‑value items include third‑party certificates (e.g., GIA, FIA, SSEF). Detailed condition reports are available for every lot.

Absolutely. Contact us before the auction ends and we will provide high‑resolution images, 360° videos, or arrange a private viewing (NYC, London, HK) depending on the item’s location.

We stand behind our descriptions. If a significant discrepancy is found, you may request a return within 5 days of receipt. Our mediation team will review the case. This does not affect your legal rights.

Privacy & Legal

We use SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is never sold to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Only the information necessary to complete the transaction (shipping address, payment confirmation) is shared with the seller. Your email and phone number remain confidential.

Once an auction ends, the sale is final. If you are unable to complete payment, your account may be suspended. For exceptional circumstances, please contact our client resolution team.
